Water shut-off first Tuesday of the month 9:30 am – 3:00 pm. Any other day of the month owner must pay $250.00 & 48 hr. notice required.

Amenities: Swimming pool, Onsite maintenance staff, assigned parking, landscape maintenance, exterior building upkeep, roof maintenance, all common area repairs, boiler maintenance, water and sewer and trash pickup included and professionally managed.
