Monthly Assessment
Monthly assessments are due on the 1st and late on the 30th. The Association strictly adheres to the collection policy to assure that all owners pay their assessment in compliance with the Association Documents. Randall Management (RMI) offers free payment plans prior to the account being referred to the Association Attorney for legal action.
Financial Statement and Audit
Monthly Financial Statements are prepared by Randall Management and are available to all owners. Each year the Association is audited by a Certified Public Accountant. Copies of the most recent audits are available to the owners. Please remember that audits are conducted at the close of each year. The prior year audit is available by July of the following year.
