Financial Statement and Audit
Monthly Financial Statements are prepared by Randall Management and are available to all owners at. Each year the Association is audited by a Certified Public Accountant. Copies of the most recent audits are available to the owners. Please remember that audits are conducted at the close of each year. The prior year audit is available by July of the following year.

The Association strictly adheres to the collection policy to assure that all of the owners pay their assessment in compliance with the Association Documents. Randall Management (RMI) offers a free three (3) month payment plan prior to the account being referred to the Association Attorney for legal action.
