You will go to the website www.propertypay.cit.com; bank is called CIT Bank. Select option PAY NOW (if you pay by credit card they charge a percentage of the amount being made). Once you choose what type of payment you would like to use, you will choose to make a one-time payment you will need 3 types of information in order to make your payment:

Association ID: Property Initials 00 (note it is 2 zero’s)
